My father, the hero!

One of my favourite films is called, My father, the hero! It is a brilliant film about a girl and her father who go on hoilday together to the carribean! She pretends that her father is her boyfriend to attract a boy's attention! Anyone who likes romantic, comedies should definitely watch it!!

Yesterday, I was working at the library for 4 hours! I was put on the counter for the whole time, so it was really busy! They even sell coffies at the library now, my auntie Rebecca would really like that!

In the afternoon, we went into Canterbury and I had a cinnamon whirl in Waterstones, yum!!!

On Friday, Louise came round for the evening! We had an excellent time together watching mr Bean the movie! I like it when he blows up the bag of sick and pops it over someone's head!
We even had profiteroles with chocolate sauce!

Assignments.

Yesterday, I had the day off! I get every Thurday off and I have been off today, because our work placements haven't started yet! I am doing my first work placement in a primary school, I was going to do it in my old primary school, but they wouldn't have me!
I can't wait to do a work placement with the elderly, as I have a soft spot for them!!

I have been given my first assignment, which is Physiology! It is fairly difficult, but I am thankful that my dad knows quite a bit to do with the subject!

On Monday, we have to do a Food, hygiene course, where you get a certifacte! I hope you get to taste food!!!

I have started at the library now, it was absolutley brilliant!! I almost gave someone a dvd without the dvd inside the case, but it was still excellent!

Today, I am going to Louise's house, which I am looking forward to! I miss her a lot, as we don't go to the same school now!!

I'm at college.

I have now been at college for three days, I have been enjoying it so far!

The first day, I was very nervous! I almost ran out of the train, because I was so scared! It is much better than school though!

I am there until 5.00 on Monday's and Wednesday's, I get the day off on Thursday's, and I am at a work placement on Friday's!!
We haven't really got started into our course yet, as we have just been getting used to how college is going to be! I am really looking forward to the work placements!

On Tuesday, I went to Bluewater with my Auntie Rebecca, which was excellent!!
We had Krispy Kreme doughnuts first, I had an apple and cinnamon one and an original glazed!!!
My Auntie brought me a pair of new trousers to wear to college, they are extremely comfortable! Thank you for taking me Auntie Rebecca!

Starting college!

The day is almost here, I am about to start college! I am excited, but nervous at the same time!
I am really worried that I will get lost, or have nobody to talk to!!

I start working at the library on Saturday, well I get trained on Saturday! It should be excellent working there, especially as I love books! I am reading a book at the moment called Chasing the Dragon, by Jackie Pullinger, which is brilliant!

Today, is my dad's 50th birthday! On Saturday, we had an open house for him! Lots of people came and brought really good presents!! His main present was a dvd camcorder, which was from a range of different people!

I am looking forward to tomorrow, as I am going shopping in Bluewater with my Auntie Rebecca! I am definitely going to have some delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts!!

My exam results!

On Thursday, I collected my G.C.S.E results!! I was extremely pleased with what they were!
I got 7 c's and 2 b's! I was especially pleased with what I got in maths, because that has been my hardest subject all the way through school!

I had a brilliant day on Friday, as I went to Louise's house for the day! She had pink put in her hair, but it didn't come out quite right, so she is going back to the hairdresser on Tuesday! We went to the outlet centre, and had Spudulike potatoes, which are just the best!!!

Yesterday, we went to the American diner as a celebration dinner for me! I had a wax works, which is a hot dog topped with American cheese and fried onions!! It was yummy!!!

Holiday of a lifetime!

I have been home 1 day from my holiday, which was the best holiday of my life!!!

There was a bit of trouble on the day we left, because it was the start of the high airport security! We didn't think we would even end up going, as they said many flights were cancelled!! Thankfully, we did end up going!
There was quite a long wait until we got on the aircraft though, and the queues were huge!! We had just over a 3 hour delay, which wasn't too bad!! We even had to take our shoes off, which was rather cheesy!!
At least we didn't have any bags to hold, apart from a clear plastic one!!

The flight was the comfiest one I have ever been on, plus I got a bag of maltesers to eat, which was even better!!!

When we arrived in Mallorca, we got a taxi to Puerto Pollensa! It was about 10.30pm there time when we arrived! The worst bit was getting stuck in the bathroom, as the lock didn't work!!!! It was scary!!! I was stuck in there for about 15 minutes, before I finally managed to unlock the door!

It was beautiful where we stayed, with wonderful views! I even went paddling in the Mediterranean!!!

We ate in many super restaurants, I even had sausages in a few of them, which were delicious!! The chicken burger that I ate was also brilliant!!

On Sunday, we went to a market in Pollensa, which was packed full of people, it was good, but not as good as the one in Puerto Pollensa on Wednesday!!! I brought a pair of short jeans, but the person selling them wouldn't make the price go down very far! I think that's because she was African!!

Tuesday, we went on a boat to Formentor, which was fantastic! The sea was even warm!! It was rather crowded on the beach, with lots of topless women walking around!!

I had a fantastic holiday, I am definitely going to go back!!!!!!!!

Mallorca!

I am going to Mallorca on Thursday for one week and I can't wait!! I am really excited to eat spanish food and read all I want!!! I even love flying in an aeroplane, especially since I might bump into someone famous at the airport!!!!
The place where we are going is fairly quiet, as it is the North of Mallorca! It is meant to be very hot, so we have brought some water spray to take with us!

Yesterday, my parents and I went to our pastors house for dinner, it was delicious!!! We had one of my favourite desserts too, cheescake!!!

My family and I are getting a dog called Charlie for a week to see how he gets on with us! If he likes us and we like him, he will be coming to live with us forever!!

I can't wait until December, because my cousin Erin will be coming over again! This time she will be bringing her baby girl though!! My Auntie Rebecca is going to be doing an early Christmas for her!

What an experience!!!!!

Yesterday, I had probably one of the most adventurest days of my entire life!!! It was brilliant!!!

I went to London with my Auntie Rebecca and my cousin Erin, who is pregnant! It was definitely a day to remember!!
I got on the train at 9.15 am, which was a slow train to London! My auntie and my cousin were already on the train, as they got on at Folkestone! It actually was a good train ride up!

When we arrived, we got off the train and jumped on the underground to mueseum lane! I think I was the most excited I have ever been!!! It was quite warm, but luckily Auntie Rebecca had her water spray, so we could cool down!!
Firstly, we went to the Natural History Mueseum, it was super!! We spent quite a while in there, but we only did two sections! I really enjoyed the Human biology section, because there were lots of things to press! They also had visual illusions there, and these funny mirrors which made our bodies look weird!! They were really funny!
They also had big dinosaurs there, which looked frightening!!

After we had finished at the mueseum, we went into the picnic area and ate! I had one of Auntie Rebecca's leerdammer cheese sandwiches with ham, yummy!!!!!! Auntie Rebecca also brought a chocolate brownie, which she cut into thirds!

Next, we decided we would go to the Science museum, which was fandabadozzie!!! I especially enjoyed the simulator ride, which my auntie and I went on!! We felt as though we were really in a rollacoaster!! My auntie thought she was going to die, it was really fun!!! My cousin Erin couldn't come on though, as it might harm the baby!
We didn't spend long in the science museum, because we were going to Harrods - wow!!!!!

At Harrods, we stood outside and had our pictures taken, I had never been to Harrods before, so it was a real adventure to me!! It was huge!!!!!!!
The food department is just wonderful, the cheese counter is about the same size as my living room!!
We looked at the baby department and the food department!!! I brought a tin of Harrods shortbread for my mum and dad!!
I spotted a man with a bag of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, so I got very excited!!! My Auntie Rebecca brought 24 doughnuts!!!!! I LOVE HARRODS!!!!!!!
We ate some of the doughnuts outside Harrods!!!

We then went back on the tube to go to Buckingham palace, well outside it!!! It is such a beautiful palace!!! We sat on the queen Victoria fountain outside Buckingham Palace, soaking everything in to our brains!!

At about 5.00, Auntie Rebecca suggested we should go and find somewhere to eat, as it wouldn't be too busy! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, which is the only one in London!
I had chicken toujons, with fries!!! They were delicious!!

Last stop of the day was Hamleys toy store! Auntie Rebecca wanted to buy a Rupert the bear or Noddy, but she was very dissappointed!!! I brought a travel pictionary to play on holiday!!!

The last bit of our day was probably the best of all!!!! We went on a bike with seats at the back!! It was absolutley excellent!!!!! We were all squashed in like sardines, bumping up and down, thinking we were going to crash!!!

I had a really exciting day, which was out of this world!!!! Thank you for taking me Erin and Auntie Rebecca!!

My cousin Erin

Today my cousin Erin is arriving in England all the way from Canada! I am really looking forward to seeing her, as I haven't seen her for ages!

I will be really excited two weeks from now, because I am going on holiday to Mallorca (Majorca) for 1 week!! It will be a good time to relax and have fun playing games!!
The sea is so clear out there, that you can actually see the fish swimming!

I watched Love Actually the other day, which my wonderful Auntie Rebecca lent to me!! It was excellent, and it made me smile, but not on the nude scenes!!!

We might be getting a small dog called Charlie! A man from our church is going to bible college for a year, so he wants someone to take care of his dog forever!

Christy Miller Series.

I started reading my favourite books in the whole, wide, world when I was fourteen! My Auntie Rebecca had given me a book token for the Christian bookshop in Folkestone, and it was there that I got hooked on the best books of all time, the Christy Miller Series! They are a teen christian series, which are super!!
I will write the blurb out of the first book in the series!

As fourteen-year old Christy leaves her family's Wisconsin farm to spend the summer at her wealthy aunt and uncle's beach home in Newport California, she realizes this could be the best summer of her life. Her aunt is bending over backward to see that Christy's every wish is granted, the popular beach crowd is actually talking to her, and she catches the attention of a cute surfer named Todd.

This is just the first part of the blurb! There are 12 books in the series, and I would reccomend them to anyone! Even my grandad has read them all!!!!

Yesterday, I went to Hastings with my Uncle AMBROSE, Auntie Maureen, and my cousin Vivi! I had an excellent time - I even got four hole in ones when we played crazy golf!! I still lost though!!!

Just to say, I have now got the job at the library as a casual worker!

Body Shop Party!

On Friday, I got invited to Louise's body shop party, it was super douper!!! It was a feet party, so we had to bring along a bowl and a towel, we got to try out all different feet products, which smelt delicious!
I ended up buying mango and peach bath and shower gel and lemongrass foot spray!

Today, I am going to see Pirates of the Carribbean, Dead Man's Chest! I can't wait to see it, as I loved the first one! Hopefully it will be even better!
I will definitely not be buying any confectionary, because last time it cost £1.60 for 1 scoop of ice cream! It is such a rip off!!!! The water at the cinema costs over £1.00!! I would bring my own food, but they can take it away from you if they catch you with it!

Just to let you know, I have been blogging for nearly a year now, so it's going to be my blog's first birthday!!!

Hello!!!
Yesterday, Louise came over to my house and it was super! We played flying hats in the garden, which I think she enjoyed a lot! Flying hats is a game where you have to pass the hat to each other on sticks!
In the evening, we went out to Sainsbury's, Louises' favourite place!
On Friday, Louise is having a body shop feet party! I think youre feet get given a treat, I'm looking forward to that!

Today, I have my interview at Ashford library for a casual staff worker! It is not really an interview, it is just a chat!

I had a bit of a bad weekend, as I was ill, but I wont go into that!!

Being confident!

Today, I have been baking cinnamon rolls, they taste delicious too! They were quite difficult to make, but the end result was definitely worth it!
It feels really odd not having to go to school, or to do exams! I feel a bit empty! This will all change though when I go to South Kent College in September, as I will be busy, busy, busy!! College will definitely be different from school!

I am quite worried about going to College, because it is like a totally different world from school! I will also be having to catch a train every day, which is quite frightening! There will be many different people!
I am not as worried as I was, because someone special told me that I should be confident in what I believe!!

I miss you Louise a lot, and I miss you talking about you know who!!! I especially miss all the fun lunchtimes!!

Finally finished!!!

Well, I have completely finished my exams! Yippeeeeeee!!!
I can relax and smell the coffee grounds now!!
Hopefully, my exam results wont be too bad!!

I have got a long summer holiday ahead of me, but hopefully I will get a job at the library! I wrote a letter to them, and they contacted me today, so that was excellent!!

I am going to South Kent College in September, which I am looking forward to!! I am a little bit worried though about the travel though, as I will have to get the train to Folkestone every day!
I am just looking forward to my future!! I get to spend one day a week at a different work placement, e.g. Care home, Nurse!

I have decided to look at different informtion on Countries, because I would like to travel when I am a bit older!

Only two exams left!!!!!

There are only two more exams left, and then I have finished for good!!!! These are Science and French reading!!
Today, I had my last maths exam, which went well (I think)!!! The only problem, was I was one of the last people left in the hall!!! Everyone was allowed to leave early if they had finished, so it was rather distracting!!!

Tomorrow, I have the day off! Yippeeeeee!!!!! No exams!!!!!!
I am going to do some cooking!

The weather is really hot at the moment!!! It's hard to have any kind of energy in this weather!!! You can't even move sometimes!!! I think it's going to become cooler though, which I am pleased about! It's just the humidity that I don't like!!!!

Please someone write on my blog, I got a total of 0 comments on my last entry!! I was very sad!!!!

Maths exam!!!

On Sunday, I had an excellent day, because we had a barbeque, and my favourite - sausages!!!! My grandad came up, and it was a beautiful sunny day!!!!

Yesterday, I had the worst exam of all...... MATHS!!! It went very well though, which I am pleased about, because it was the one that I was the most worried about!!!! I am just praying that the next maths exam will go as well as the first maths exam!!! I enjoy maths, but I find it difficult!!!

Today, I had an English language exam, which was awefully long!!!! I had to write a speech on whether sending missions to Mars was a good or bad thing!
One girl in the exam sat there doing nothing for the whole 1 hour 30 minutes, one boy didn't even turn up!!!
Later on this evening, I have my Health and Social Care interview at South Kent College!!!

A excellent break!!!

I have now done three of my exams, English literature, R.E, and D.T!!! Thankfully they have all gone well! Thank you to everyone who has been thinking and praying for me!!!
Unfortunately, I have got a Maths exam straight on the day I go back!!!!

I am very pleased it is half-term!! I can have a relaxing, enjoyable time off, without streesing!!!!

I had a yummy, scrummy banoffie pie on Sunday made by Nettie's mum!!! It was definitely one of the nicest banoffie pies I have ever tasted!! I had it at a group lunch!!

Monday, I went to Hythe with my mum and dad!!! We were going to go on the Romney, Hythe, and Dynchurch railway, but it was really expensive, so we decided not to go!!!
Instead, we went out for lunch in Hythe!

Today, I have been spending time with my mum's friends baby!! He is called Daniel John, and he is wonderful, apart from his pooey nappy!!!

The first exam over and done with!!!

Today, I have had my first gcse exam!!! It was English literature, and it went quite well!!
I had to answer three questions, one on Inspector Calls, one on poems and one on Of Mice and Men. The poem question was quite difficult, but the Inspector Calls question was the best out of them all!!!
Tomorrow, I have an R.E exam, which is only woth half a GCSE, because it is short course!
I am not looking forward to the exam on Thursday, as it is D.T, and I have not that great at D.T! You have to do quite a lot of drawing in the exam, and I am useless at drawing!!!

I can't wait until half-term, where I can have an enjoyable break from exams!!!
Unfortunately, I have maths exam right when I go back to school, the worst exam to start the beginning of term with!!!!

I miss school at the moment, I miss the daily routine, and I miss Louise who makes me laugh!!!
